Pressure Cooker Vegetable Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice – 2 cups (500 g)
- Vegetables – 250 g
- Oil – 5 tbsp
- Onion – 2 nos. thinly sliced
- Avadata Vegetable Pulao Mix – 3 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves – ½ bunch
- Mint Leaves – ½ bunch
- Water – 2 ½ cups
- Salt to taste
Method:
1️⃣ Soak the basmati rice for 15 minutes, then strain the water.
2️⃣ Marinate vegetables with 1 tbsp Avadata Vegetable Pulao Mix and salt.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown.
4️⃣ Add 2 tbsp Avadata Vegetable Pulao Mix, then stir in marinated vegetables and soaked rice.
5️⃣ Pour water, add salt to taste, and mix well. Close the cooker lid.
