✅ The return request is made within 5 days of delivery
✅ The product is not from our non-returnable categories (e.g., perishable food items)

• Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ Ship the product back to our address (to be shared upon approval).
3️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or damaged products.
